Garlic Rapeseed Heart

Wash the heart of rapeseed, it is best to soak it in light salt water for 30 minutes

Slice ginger and garlic for later use

Put water in the soup pot, add the right amount of salt, sugar, and cooking oil

Boil the heart of rapeseed until it is broken, then remove and drain the water for later use

Heat the wok, add oil, saute the ginger and garlic slices

Add the blanched rape heart and stir fry

Add some salt to taste

Tips:
I personally feel that vegetables with a slightly harder taste are better handled by blanching them first and then sautéing them.
