Garlic Red Cabbage Moss

Wash the red cabbage moss and break it by hand into 4.5 cm long sections (take the tender part).

Slice the garlic, heat the oil in the pan, and saute the garlic slices.

Then add the red cabbage moss, stir fry for a while, add salt and oyster sauce to taste.
Tips:
Put the red cabbage moss and stir quickly on high heat. If it takes too long, the taste will not be good.
