Sweet and Sour Red Rape Moss

Wash the red rape moss

Use a knife or hand to peel off the purple clothing on the vegetable moss (the purple clothing on the middle and tip of the vegetable may not be peeled off, because it is relatively tender)

Red rape moss cut into long sections

Place two or three dried red peppers in a frying pan and sauté until fragrant
5.
Add red rape moss and stir fry over high heat
6.
Stir fry with sugar
7.
Stir fry with vinegar
8.
After the red rape moss is cooked, add some salt and stir fry before starting the pan.
Tips:
It must be fried quickly, because it is not easy to lose nutrients.
