Garlic Roasted Pork Ribs

Cut the ribs into 3 large pieces (because I don't have a large container to put a whole piece), and use a fork to make small holes in the ribs to taste. Put the marinade in the marinade for one night and turn it over once or twice in the middle.

Wrap the ribs in foil. (Because the small ribs are thinner, they won’t be too dry when they are wrapped and grilled)

Preheat the oven to 400F/200C, put the ribs in and bake for 30 minutes.

Open the foil, move the ribs to the grilling net, brush a layer of marinade, and bake for 10 minutes on each side. (Use chopsticks to pierce it, it’s easy to pierce and it means you’re familiar)
5.
Brush both sides with honey and bake for 5 minutes to color.
