Garlic Shrimp

Tips:
The smell of garlic is particularly delicious. I bought 2 catties, one catty steamed, and one catty garlic fragrant. In contrast, I still feel that the garlic fragrant adds more flavor. Of course, if you like the original flavor, it is better to choose steamed or boiled. If it is steamed, add ginger slices and peppercorns when steaming, and it will be cooked after 5 minutes of steaming. Don't overcook the Pippi shrimp. If you go too far, the shrimp shell will not peel off
