Garlic Sweet Potato Leaves

A small handful of sweet potato leaves.

Wash the old leaves and cut the garlic into cubes.
3.
Heat oil and sauté the garlic diced.
4.
Over high heat, pour the sweet potato leaves and stir fry.
5.
Stir-fry until soft and out of water, season with a little salt.
Tips:
Stir-fried vegetables should be cooked quickly with a little more oil, so that the vegetables will be green when they are cut off.
