Garlic Tofu

Put all the seasonings in the sauce and mix thoroughly for later use.

All the ingredients are chopped up and set aside.

Cut each piece of tofu vertically into four pieces with two knives, drain the water, heat up a proper amount of oil in a wok, and fry the tofu; (recommended for beginners to reduce the heat and fry).

Fry until golden on both sides and set aside.

Leave a little oil in the pan, pour the sauce in, and stir well.
6.
Cook in the cooking wine, then pour the ingredients into the stir-fry, add a little soy sauce, salt and chicken essence and stir well.
7.
Pour in the fried tofu and stir well.
8.
Cook until the soup thickens.
