Garlic Tofu

Slice the white tofu into small square pieces, the thickness is moderate, the lean meat is chopped into minced meat, add a little ginger and set aside

Stuff the minced meat between the two slices of tofu (the tofu is best to keep one end unbroken)

Fry the sandwiched tofu in the pan until golden on both sides, then take it out for later use
