Garlic Tofu

Prepare ingredients, tofu, millet pepper, coriander and garlic cloves

Cut the garlic cloves into small particles, and cut the pepper into small pieces

Tofu cut into small pieces

Heat oil in a wok, add tofu and fry on high heat

Fry the tofu until golden on all sides and set aside

Saute the minced garlic and chili

Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt, add water and simmer for 5 minutes, then add coriander water starch to thicken the pot
Tips:
The amount of chili should be controlled by yourself and decided according to the individual's ability to bear it. If you can’t eat spicy food, you can leave out peppers and just add garlic to taste. It’s autumn now. Eating garlic appropriately can increase the body’s resistance. Moreover, the smell of garlic is almost gone after heating. The fried tofu should be simmered in the seasoning for a few minutes. The amount of seasoning depends on the amount of tofu. I like to put coriander, and put some coriander in the end which is very flavorful and fresh.
