Garlic Wakame

Soak the wakame in clean water for a few hours to remove the excessive salt, take a bite and taste it, it does not have any salty taste.

Boil water in a pot, put the wakame in boiling water and boil for two minutes (mainly for sterilization).

Remove the wakame, control the moisture, and cut into small pieces.

Peel the garlic and use a garlic grinder to make a garlic paste

Put the minced garlic in a bowl, then pour some light soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, vinegar, sugar, sweet sauce, chicken essence, pickled pepper water and other condiments, and stir well.

Pour the prepared sauce on the cut wakame, stir well, and serve. It goes well with white porridge, it's a simple morning.
