Garlic Watermelon Peel

The watermelon flesh was smashed into juice, leaving the watermelon rind.

Remove the crusty outside of the watermelon rind.

Cut into thin slices.

Slice garlic.

Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot and saute the garlic slices.

Add the watermelon rind and stir fry.

Put in an appropriate amount of water, an appropriate amount of salt, and bring to a boil.

The watermelon rind becomes soft, and the heat is turned off.
