Garlic White Meat

Choose lean and even skinny pork belly and wash it

Scald the whole piece in boiling water to remove the attachments on the surface and make the meat firmer

Add star anise, cinnamon, cooking wine, salt, green onion, ginger, garlic and other seasonings, and cook for about 1 hour

Let the cooked meat cool for later use

Cut the cold pork belly into slices
