Gassho Melon Pot Pork Tail Soup

Prepare the required materials.

Wash the pig tail bones in boiling water and blanch them for a few minutes to remove blood impurities; peel the palm melon and cut into pieces; cut the red radishes into pieces; rinse the candied dates and scallops. The ginger pieces are loosened and set aside.

Put all the processed materials into a clay pot, pour 2000ml of water, cover the lid and bring to a boil.

After the soup is boiled, turn to low heat and continue to boil for 2.5 hours.
