Germ Toast

Put all the main ingredients into the bucket of the cook machine, and start kneading to the expansion stage.

Add butter.

Knead until it pulls out a non-breakable film.

Cover and ferment to double the size.
5.
Fermentation is complete.

Divide the dough into 12 smaller portions, cover and relax for 15 minutes.
7.
Take a dough and roll it out into a beef tongue shape.
8.
Fold the left and right sides in the middle.
9.
Roll up.

Put them into the mold one by one.
11.
Put a bowl of hot water in the oven. Start the winter fermentation mode.
12.
Fermentation is complete. Preheat the oven 180 degrees.
13.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
14.
After roasting, take it out and demould immediately.
Tips:
The baking time depends on the personal oven temperature. Fermentation is slower in winter, so you can add 1g more yeast.
