Ginger Candy

Peel and slice ginger, about 2~3mm

Soak in light salt water for a day, and boil it several times for fear of the spicy taste

Squeeze the water to dryness a little, add the rock sugar, do not add it all at once, increase or decrease the sugar appropriately. White sugar can also be used. If it is too dry, add a small amount of water, but do not leave the water of the boiled ginger.

1. Remember to use ginger
