I want to eat duck in September to get rid of autumn dryness in my free time.

Fried Duck with Ginger

1. Cut half a duck into pieces, peel and slice ginger and ginger, cut green and red pepper into diamond-shaped slices

2. Put the duck pieces and cold water in the wok together, select the 5th gear with the fire power adjustment button, after the water is boiled, rinse with cold water

3. Vantage programmable stove fire power adjustment button 5 levels, heat the oil in the wok and saute the old ginger slices, put in the duck pieces, and fry the duck pieces until the duck skin is golden

4. Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce and rock sugar respectively, and stir-fry the duck pieces for color

5. Add beer and stir well, turn the power control button to 3 to medium heat, then close the lid and simmer the duck until soft and hard

6. When there is a small amount of sauce for the stewed duck, add ginger and stir fry

7. Then add green and red pepper flakes, add salt to taste according to taste.

Tips:

Duck meat is cold in nature, which is especially suitable for people who have body heat and get angry. Those who have a cold, fever and cough are not suitable for eating ducks.
