Fried Duck with Ginger

1. Prepare the ingredients in advance and cut the duck meat into small pieces

Tips:
1. After cleaning the duck meat, directly put it into the pot and fry without blanching, so that the ingredients can fully absorb their respective flavors between the fingers
2. To make this dish, in order to ensure the taste of the finished dish, it is best to buy young duck. The old duck has a harder taste and is more suitable for soup, while the young duck is tender and more suitable for such stir-fry.
