Ginger Cowpeas
1.
Wash the cowpea and cut into small pieces of about 5cm. Weigh the other ingredients for later use.
2.
Cut the ginger into fine pieces, add salt, pour 20ml of boiling water, stir well and let it stand for a while.
3.
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add the cowpeas after the water is boiled, and add 1 tablespoon of salt, which can help slightly taste and make the cowpea brighter. Cook the cowpeas.
4.
Take out the boiled cowpea, rinse it with cold boiled water and let it cool, and put it on the plate.
5.
Pour the sesame oil and vinegar into a bowl of ginger, and finally pour in Glinnoll's organic flaxseed oil and mix well.
6.
Pour the stirred ginger juice on the cowpea, mix well and serve.
Tips:
1. Stir the ginger with boiling water or stock to release the ginger flavor better.
2. It is not necessary to add salt when cooking cowpea.
3. Cowpeas must be cooked before they can be eaten.
