Ingredients

Ginger Duck

1. Add sesame oil in a hot pan, add ginger slices and fry until golden brown, pick up and set aside

2. Add right amount of star anise, cinnamon, and bay leaves to fry and remove for later use

3. Add rock sugar and heat until it melts,

4. Add the duck to color

5. Take out the casserole and put the fried ginger and spices into the pot

6. Add a little soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, water and duck 8 minutes full.
