I didn’t add sugar when making the crepes, so I had to drizzle them with ginger juice before they could eat them.

Ginger Papaya Crepe Rolls

1. Prepare the required materials.

2. Put milk, water, and eggs in the cooking cup.

3. Beat again and stir well.

4. Then add low-gluten flour and stir evenly.

5. Add the melted butter and mix well.

6. Pour into a sieve.

7. Then wrap it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

8. Cut the papaya into small cubes.

9. Heat a non-stick pan over low heat and coat with butter.

10. Spoon a scoop of batter.

11. Turn the pan to flatten.

12. After frying until the shape is set, fry again on the reverse side.

13. Then take it out and let cool.

14. Pour some ginger juice.

15. Brush evenly.

16. Then spread the diced papaya.

17. Fold in both sides first.

18. Then roll the side close to you up to the end, don't squeeze out the filling when squeezing, just drizzle with ginger juice when eating.

Tips:

After stirring the batter, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. If it is not refrigerated, the batter will expand or foam a little. If the batter is too thick after refrigeration, you can add a little milk.
