Ginger Vinegar Pork Knuckles (homemade Simple Version)

Wash the pig's feet and remove the hair, then drain with water for later use

Ginger (old ginger is better), can be peeled or not

The egg is boiled and peeled. You can use a toothpick to poke holes in the egg to make it easier to taste

Put ginger, pig's feet, and eggs in a pot, add vinegar and open fire. If you don’t have a casserole at home, just use a rice cooker to cook it. It tastes good too
Tips:
1. Pork knuckles can be cut into larger pieces, because it is easy to soften with vinegar.
2. For vinegar, Zhimeizhai sweet vinegar is a bit sour, you can add some rock sugar if you like sweet. Haitian sweet vinegar is sweeter, and I still like to use Haitian sweet.
