Ginkgo in Autumn and Winter

Prepare ginkgo, tongs and clean damp cloth

Ginkgo opened with pliers

After each ginkgo is clipped, place it at 1/3 under the damp cloth

Cover with a damp cloth

Put in the microwave

High fire for 2 minutes

Peel it off immediately after taking it out of the microwave, it won’t be easy to peel when it’s cold, the ripe ginkgo is light green
8.
When eating, remove the outer shell, red film and inner core
Tips:
Warm reminder of silk scarf: Don’t eat more ginkgo every day, 10-20 at most. Before eating ginkgo cooked, remove the outer shell, red membrane and inner heart. It is safer to eat.
