Ginkgo Pork Belly Soup

Ingredients: cleaned and blanched pork belly and pork bones for later use

Ginkgo is soaked in water for 10 minutes and then peeled. If it is a dried fruit with shell, crush it first, then soak in hot water to peel

Cut the pork belly into strips after blanching

Mince ginger, cut green onion into sections

Boil water, add pork belly strips, ginger and green onions to boil over high heat, turn to simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes

Add the ginkgo and boil for another 40 minutes

Finally add pepper and salt to taste
Tips:
1. Especially suitable for frequent urination and girls with weak body and vaginal discharge;
2. The pork belly must be scrubbed with salt and flour several times until the surface has no mucus and no peculiar smell, and the fat in the pork belly must be removed. The soup cooked in this way is fresh. If the pork belly is not washed clean, the soup will have a strange smell. The method of washing the pork belly with salt and flour is used.
