Ingredients: beef 500 g onion 20 g carrot 20 g green pepper 20 g vegetable oil salt soy sauce 2 g star anise 2 g grass fruit 1 ginger bean paste 10 g sugar 1 g dried hawthorn slices 2 g tomato sauce 2 g

Cut the onion into pieces, cut the green pepper into pieces, wash and slice the carrots

Tips:
The bean paste is very salty. Generally, the beef with little salt must be cooked to be delicious. Add dried hawthorn slices and the cooked beef can also remove the peculiar smell.
