Pork Belly and Ginkgo Soup
1.
I bought the boiled pork belly, the amount of ginkgo, washed with green onion and ginger;
2.
Wrap the white onion with green onion leaves a few times, and chop a part of the green onion leaves into fines for sprinkling when they are out of the pot;
3.
Clean the pork belly again and cut it into chopstick-thick shreds;
4.
Cut ginger into thick slices, not too many, a few slices are enough;
5.
Boil water in a pot, put pork belly shreds in water and boil;
6.
At the same time, the other stove sits in a casserole, pour hot water into it; put the boiled pork shreds into the casserole;
7.
Then put the scallion knot, ginger slices, and ginkgo into the pot. Slowly cook on a low heat. When it comes to your favorite taste, sprinkle salt and chopped scallions and turn off the heat.
Tips:
The pork belly I use is cooked, so it can be used after rinsing it. If it is raw pork belly, wash it inside and out with vinegar, then cook and stew.
