Ginkgo sweet potato syrup is the spring version of sweet potato syrup, which can nourish the spleen and stomach and prevent irritability. It is very suitable for spring consumption.

Ingredients

Ginkgo Sweet Potato Syrup

1. Prepare the materials.

2. If the ginkgo is shelled, you can tap it with a hammer and the shell will split. (You can also use a nutcracker to stand the ginkgo on its side and it will burst.) Put the ginkgo pulp in a pot and boil it for 4 minutes.
