Ginkgo Sweet Potato Syrup
1.
Prepare the materials.
2.
If the ginkgo is shelled, you can tap it with a hammer and the shell will split. (You can also use a nutcracker to stand the ginkgo on its side and it will burst.) Put the ginkgo pulp in a pot and boil it for 4 minutes.
3.
Then fish it out and go clothes. It is best to remove the core, because it is boiled in sugar water, and the core is bitter. (Generally, ginkgo core contains toxins, so it must be removed when using it.)
4.
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into small pieces;
5.
Put the sweet potato, ginkgo and ginger slices into the pot and add appropriate amount of water.
6.
Cover the pot and boil on high heat and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
7.
Brew the sweet-scented osmanthus with water to remove impurities;
8.
Add flakes of sugar;
9.
Add osmanthus and cook for another 10 minutes.
