It seems that the appearance of this pot is to give me a reason to buy fresh ginseng.
I was hesitating to buy or not, so I placed an order for ginseng as soon as I received the pot.
I simmered it for monitor Su on the weekend.
It's very sweet, and you don't need a grain of salt to make people beautiful!

Ingredients

Ginseng Chicken Soup

1. After washing the old hen, scald it with hot water and put it in a cast iron pot

2. Use a small soft brush (toothbrush) to clean a fresh ginseng

3. After brushing off the dirt, it is very clean and beautiful, really like a person!

4. Put fresh ginseng and red dates in a cast iron pot

5. Pour white wine

6. Pour boiling water and bring to a boil on low heat

7. After covering the pot, continue to use low heat and keep simmering for about 2 hours, and then you can drink directly

Tips:

1. Fresh ginseng I bought is 6 years ginseng;
2. Cut off if there is rot;
3. Chicken is the best free-range chicken, less fat, and the firmer meat is very fresh and sweet when stewed;
4. Because of adding red dates, the soup will increase the sweetness;
5. 15 grams of ginseng per person a day is enough, and the stewed ginseng is eaten directly, the unique sweetness is good;
6. If you have time, simmer for 3 hours.
