Giraffe Pattern Toast

Dough raw materials other than butter are put into the inner bucket of the bread machine. Select the dough program and mix the dough for 20 minutes

Add softened butter after kneading. Continue to select the dough program and mix the dough for 20 minutes

The total weight of the dough is about 600 grams. The dough is divided into 390 grams and 210 grams. Add 390g of dough to 18g of cocoa powder, add a little water and knead well (cover the white dough with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out)

Put the two-color dough into the bucket of the bread machine, and put the fresh-keeping film on the middle compartment for the first fermentation

Select the "rice wine" fermentation program, until the dough grows to 2-2.5 times

Divide the white dough into 3 pieces of 49g and 1 piece of 62g. Divide the cocoa dough into 3 pieces of 94g and 1 piece of 130g.

Roll out the cocoa dough

Roll up, roll tighter, close your mouth

Roll out the white dough a bit longer than the cocoa dough

Wrap the cocoa dough tightly, or the bread will have holes. Note that 94g cocoa dough should be wrapped in 49g white dough, and 130g cocoa dough should be wrapped in 62g white dough. Knead each dough into a bread machine bucket Double length, cut 4 long strips in half into 8 strips (6 small ones; 2 large ones)

Stagger the 3 small and small heads and try to keep the 3 dough pieces close together

Fix the inner barrel in the bread machine, select "yogurt/fermentation", and ferment until the dough grows to the inner barrel 7 minutes full

After fermentation is complete, choose to bake for 40 minutes, and the baking time can be appropriately increased or decreased according to the coloring situation in the later stage; after baking is completed, pour out the toast and let it cool on the drying net. You can slice it regardless of the appearance of the newly baked bread. There is a surprise after slicing~~
