Giraffe Toast
1.
Let's make the original dough first. Put 120g high-gluten flour + 10g white sugar + 1g salt + 2g yeast into a large bowl.
2.
Add water and noodles in an appropriate amount according to the water absorption of the flour.
3.
After the dough is smoother, add 10ml corn oil
4.
I started to knead and beat the dough like clothes. (The dough that has just been added with corn oil will be greasy and lumpy. If you knead it until you doubt your life, just stick to it.)
5.
After kneading and beating for a while, the dough can pull out the film, but the perimeter of the broken hole is jagged, which requires continued kneading.
6.
The dough can be pulled out of a tougher film, and the periphery of the hole is smoother after the hole is broken.
7.
The same method, 120g high-gluten flour + 10g white sugar + 1g salt + 2g yeast + 3g cocoa powder
8.
Beat and knead the cocoa dough. It can also pull out tougher films.
9.
One shot at room temperature. Poke a hole with your finger, and the dough will be in good condition without shrinking.
10.
Take the dough out to exhaust.
11.
Divide the two colored doughs into different sizes at will, and relax them for about 15 minutes after kneading.
12.
Take a portion of cocoa dough, roll it out and thin the bottom, put some raisins in the middle. Tighten the mouth tightly.
13.
.Roll out the white dough, put in the cocoa dough, and wrap it up.
14.
Do everything well.
15.
Put it in the toast box at will.
16.
Put a bowl of hot water in the oven for two shots.
17.
After the second round, the dough is twice the original size.
18.
Preheat the oven, cover the toast box, put it in the oven up and down + hot air convection at 200 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
19.
Let the baked toast cool down completely.
20.
Cut into pieces, look at the pattern inside, it's super cute~
21.
O(∩_∩)O haha~ Let’s eat~
Tips:
1. The oven setting is for reference only~
2. The size of the dough can be divided at will, so it will look natural.
