Glass Sugar Biscuits

Put the butter in a basin and soften at room temperature; add sugar to the softened butter and beat until the color becomes lighter. Fluffy

Add the egg liquid in portions, beating evenly each time

Sift in low flour and baking powder, cut and mix evenly, knead into a dough by hand

Roll out into 0.3 cm thin slices and cut out the outline with a pattern mold

The hollow part in the middle is then cut with a large piping mouth on the back

Place the shaped biscuits on the baking tray

Put the cut hard candy into the hollow part; preheat the oven to 160°C, top and bottom, middle layer, bake for about 15 minutes
Tips:
1. Fruit candies can be made. Fruit candies of different colors can be made. The sugar can be cut into small pieces to make it easier to melt;
2. If the dough is too soft, you can put it in the refrigerator for a while before rolling it out;
3. If you need to wear a string, use thin chopsticks or a tube to make a hole on the biscuits before baking;
4. If there is no baking powder, it can be omitted.
