Glass Sugar Biscuits
1.
Ingredients: 90 grams of corn oil, 250 grams of wheat flour for Arowana pastry, 1 egg, 100 grams of sugar, and appropriate amount of fruit sugar.
2.
Combine corn oil, sugar, and eggs, and beat at medium and high speed until the ingredients are fully integrated. I personally prefer to use corn oil for desserts. It is a bit more refreshing than butter and has a crisper taste. Of course, the crispy texture will be worse.
3.
As shown in the picture, if you use powdered sugar, it will be easier to save a lot of time. I used sugar to beat today, which is time-consuming.
4.
Then add the golden arowana pastry with wheat flour to the egg mixture, you can add it directly without sieving.
5.
Knead until the dough is smooth, then put it in a fresh-keeping bag, roll it out to the thickness of about 0.4cm, and then put it in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
6.
Take advantage of this effort, just shoot and scatter the candies. You can choose the candies at will, but it must not be white sugar. I have a few candies that are not enough. I will use white sugar to make it. White sugar can't be baked.
7.
I used a biscuit mold to press the biscuits into shapes, and I made love and five stars respectively.
8.
Then decorate it with crushed candies. Note that the amount of sugar should not be too much or too little.
9.
With the rest of the ingredients, you can make small round cakes as you wish and serve as snacks for the children.
10.
Then put it in the preheated oven at 150 degrees and bake for 25 minutes, and the buns are baked for 35 minutes. There are a lot of things at home, I like low-temperature baking, so even if I forget the time or bake it slightly, it won’t burn the ingredients.
11.
In this way, a glass sugar biscuit is completed. I missed making a hole for the biscuit. It would be more interesting to make a hole on the top and string together to send the children.
Tips:
Different ovens have different temperature differences, so pay attention to adjust them according to the actual situation.
