Glazed Potato Cubes

One peeled yellow heart sweet potato.

The fried rock sugar melts. Pour in the fried sweet potatoes, and quickly and evenly fill the potato pieces. I didn’t have time to take pictures. I wanted to pour them into a non-stick baking pan and separate them one by one. However, it was cold and the cooling was too fast. I had to pour a pot onto the plate.
