Glinole Spicy Potatoes
1.
Soak the potatoes in clean water and scrub them with a brush.

Put the cleaned small potatoes into the pot, pour in appropriate amount of water and cook.
3.
Remove the boiled potatoes, cool them off and peel them for later use; prepare the seasonings: dried chili powder, pepper powder, salt, chicken essence, and organic flaxseed oil.

Heat up the wok, and pour in an appropriate amount of organic flaxseed oil;

Heat the pan with cold oil, pour in small potatoes and stir fry.
6.
Add an appropriate amount of salt and continue to stir fry.
7.
Add appropriate amount of dried chili powder and pepper powder.
8.
Add the right amount of chicken essence and stir fry evenly.
9.
Turn off the heat and start the pot.
Tips:
1. Essence of chicken can not be used.
2. Organic linseed oil needs to be cooked at low temperature.
