Glutinous Rice and Bean Paste Rolls
1.
Put glutinous rice flour, corn starch, sugar, oil and water into a slightly larger bowl at the same time.
2.
Use a whisk to mix it into a uniform batter.
3.
Cover the mouth of the bowl with a layer of plastic wrap, pierce some holes with a toothpick, and put it in the steamer. After the air is steamed, the heat can be turned off for 25 minutes.
4.
Just steam the glutinous rice paste into a fixed state, let it cool a little, and scoop it into a ball with a spoon.
5.
Sprinkle some coconut paste on the panel, then move the glutinous rice ball to the panel, and sprinkle a layer of coconut paste on the surface of the glutinous rice ball. The coconut paste must be spread evenly so that the surface of the glutinous rice ball is covered with coconut paste. After this operation, the glutinous rice ball will not stick to your hands and is convenient for shaping.
6.
Use a rolling pin to roll the glutinous rice ball into a rectangular sheet with uniform thickness. Do not use too much force when rolling, otherwise the surface will be pitted and uneven.
7.
Spread a layer of bean paste filling evenly on the glutinous rice noodles with a spoon, leaving some space around without applying it.
8.
Roll up the glutinous rice noodles from one end of the long side like the other end to make it into a cylindrical shape.
9.
Spread some clean water on the cutting knife, and then cut it into evenly-sized pieces. It is best to sprinkle some coconut paste on it.
10.
The finished product!
