Dice the purple potato and steam for 15 minutes in a steamer.

*Condensed milk is mainly used to double-enhance the milk flavor. If there is no condensed milk, just leave it alone. The grams of other ingredients remain unchanged.

Put the mashed purple potato into a piping bag and put it aside. The purple sweet potato filling can also be replaced with pumpkin filling, red date filling, red bean paste filling, etc. The sisters who do not have a piping bag directly use the fresh-keeping bag at home instead.

Add starch, sugar, and 160 grams of milk to the glutinous rice flour and mix well.
*If it is a big baby, I suggest using 100g glutinous rice flour to taste more waxy and more delicious. If you want to try it, you can change it to 50g glutinous rice flour + 50g rice flour.

*If there is no high-temperature-resistant Pvdc or pmp plastic wrap, don't use ordinary plastic wrap to heat it. Use a small plate to buckle it to prevent water vapor from entering.

*For babies, I recommend choosing unsalted animal butter to increase the milk flavor. If there is no butter at all, it should be replaced with corn oil, which is not very flavorful.
