Glutinous Rice Balls with Rose Stuffing

Prepare dried rose flowers and brown sugar.

Put the glutinous rice flour and corn flour in a pot, put warm water and knead until it doesn't stick to your hands.

Remove the stems of the roses, smash them, chop the brown sugar, and mix well to form fillings.

Take an appropriate amount of rose stuffing and wrap it in, seal and round.

Bring the water to a boil and put the wrapped glutinous rice balls in.

Remove after cooking.
Tips:
It is better to use warm water with glutinous rice flour, and use cold water to stir it in the middle of cooking.
Because roses have astringent effects, it is not suitable for people with constipation.
Pregnant women should not drink rose tea.
