Glutinous Rice Balls with Yogurt and Fruit
1.
Wash the fruits, peel them, and cut them into pieces. Of course, you can also put the fruits you like. More colors are more delicious!
2.
Bring the water to a boil, put the glutinous rice balls in and turn to medium heat. The glutinous rice balls are not like Lantern Festival, they cook well, they are easy to cook, and of course they crack easily! It is recommended that the glutinous rice balls be taken out of the refrigerator after the water is boiled. There is no need to thaw them until the glutinous rice balls float up and they are cooked. You can open them and taste them!
3.
Put the glutinous rice balls in a colander, rinse them with warm water to prevent them from sticking together, and then put them in a bowl.
4.
Pour the yogurt. I chose the thicker yogurt from Anmushi, if you use a small box of thinner yogurt. Choose how much yogurt to put in according to your taste.
5.
Put the prepared fruit pieces into the bowl one by one, and pour a little yogurt on the fruit again to increase the taste!
6.
Add some coconut paste at the end. My coconut paste was given when I bought dumplings. A little bit is good for garnish.
7.
When eating, mix everything, but remember not to use too much force, otherwise the glutinous rice balls underneath will break. Eat the glutinous rice balls with yogurt and fruit, not too fragrant, and the color is so attractive, especially the fillings in the glutinous rice balls When the material comes out, it's so tempting!
Tips:
1. If you are a face-controller, it is recommended that when choosing glutinous rice balls, choose colorful, transparent, small glutinous rice balls, preferably fruit-flavored ones, so the effect picture is better!
2. Even if the glutinous rice balls float up and are cooked, don't cook them for too long, they will break easily.
3. The quantity of my materials is two servings!
