Glutinous Rice Cold Cake

Soak the rice dumplings for a day

Wash and tile the bottom of the cage
3.
Soak the rice and control it dry
4.
Spread a layer of glutinous rice on the zong leaves, then put a layer of red dates, and then put a layer of glutinous rice.

Put another layer of zong leaves on top. Put on the steamer for twenty minutes.
