Tips:
1 If you don't have brown sugar tablets, you can put white sugar. The color of brown sugar tablets is better. Of course, you don’t like to eat sweets or you don’t need to put sugars. 2 Poached eggs can be laid directly without breaking the eggs, depending on personal preference. 3 This dough and bean paste filling were leftovers when I made sticky bean buns (sticky fire) yesterday, but the steps are still posted. When I look back on the sticky fire, don't feel familiar with it. Haha. 4 The glutinous rice balls can also be changed into pearl glutinous rice balls, which is faster without filling. 5 I don’t want to make my own glutinous rice balls and buy ready-made ones. 6 Keep the glutinous rice dough that cannot be used in the refrigerator. If you find it is too dry next time, you can add water and knead it evenly. The same goes for bean paste.
