Glutinous Rice Dumplings and Poached Egg

Boil the water in a pot and boil the dumplings for one minute

Turn off the low heat and beat in the eggs (be sure to turn off the low heat, or the eggs will fall apart), and boil until the eggs are shaped
3.
Add the glutinous rice, rock sugar, and boil until the water boils
4.
Finally add water starch, you can choose to add or not add according to personal preference
Tips:
When cooking poached eggs, be sure to turn off the heat, or the eggs will all fall apart
