Glutinous Rice Egg

Soak the glutinous rice with water one day in advance

Use light soy sauce for the diced lean meat and marinate in cooking wine for flavor. Set aside.

Stir the soaked glutinous rice, diced lean meat, corn kernels, green beans, carrots, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and salt to taste. (I marinated for one night)

For the salted duck eggs, tap a small hole at the top, pour out the egg whites, and stuff them into the marinated glutinous rice, eighth full. Press it lightly with your fingers, gently, the first time I pressed it too tightly, it was too hard after steaming, and it didn’t taste good.
5.
Wrap in tin foil, steam in a pot on cold water, high heat first, then turn to medium and small, one hour
