Glutinous Rice Enema
1.
Wash the pig intestines with noodles and salt repeatedly! The glutinous rice is cooked for about ten hours, and it is best to spend the night! Add appropriate amount of salt, grass fruit powder and pepper, and mix well.
2.
Pour glutinous rice and a small amount of water into the large intestine. Pour glutinous rice until about seven minutes full.
3.
Put the filled intestines on a steamer, and steam for about an hour until they are completely cooked.
4.
Slice the glutinous rice enema after cooling, and fry on low heat until golden. (If you can't finish it, you can put it in the refrigerator)
5.
It can be eaten straight out of the pot, but my favorite is to soak it in oil tea so that it won't be too dry. It is crispy on the outside and soft and waxy on the inside.
