Glutinous Rice Lotus Root
1.
Wash the lotus root.
2.
Scrape lotus root.
3.
Cut one slice on each end.
4.
Stuff the soaked glutinous rice into the hole.
5.
Use those two pieces of lotus root to make the lid and fix it with toothpicks.
6.
Put it in a casserole, add rock sugar and cook for an hour.
7.
Remove the lotus root and slice it.
8.
Top with sugar osmanthus.
