Glutinous Rice Porridge with Winter Plum Blossom and Rock Sugar

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the two kinds of rice together and soak for 1 hour.

The winter plum blossoms remove impurities and rinse off.

Take a small casserole, put an appropriate amount of water, and add the soaked rice.

Bring to a boil on high heat and cook on low heat for 40 minutes (stir often).

Add rock sugar.
