Glutinous Rice Wrapped You Tiao丨chinese Rice Ball

Appropriate amount of other rice can be added to glutinous rice. Whole glutinous rice may be too sticky and greasy and difficult to digest;
The fried dough sticks are bought from the early stalls. The northern fried dough sticks are soft, and the dough is the same as the fried dough, but the shape is different.
Peanuts, sesame seeds, sautéed/roasted, and powdered. To increase the fragrance, you can also add walnuts.
It’s sweet. For the salty ones, replace the sugar with hot, sour and spicy ingredients. We recommend pickled vegetables, potato shreds, and spicy noodles;

Tips:
The spoon for scooping rice can be rubbed with olive oil or put in a cold boiled water to avoid stickiness;
Use a serrated knife (steak knife/toast knife) or a quick knife to cut off. A knife that is too dull will cut continuously and make the rice ball run away;
