Add water to a boil in a steamer, add tofu and steam for 10 minutes

Cut into small cubes, cut the green onion into small pieces

Beat the eggs, add salt, and stir well

Put the tofu cubes in the egg mixture and mix well

Heat the oil in the wok, add the mixed egg tofu

Spread and stir well until the egg is solidified, add the green onion and stir well.
Tips:
Steamed tofu is to prevent fragile tofu when frying
