Golden Beef Roll
1.
Cut the beef into small pieces and put it in a food processor to mash it into meat.
2.
Add the yam section to the beef puree, half of the egg liquid (reserve half for use), 5g minced garlic, 3g black pepper, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, appropriate amount of salt, a little cooking oil, and 2 tablespoons of starch.
3.
Use a blender to make a paste and set aside for later use.
4.
Grab 2 pie crusts. After the room temperature is slightly softened, fold them together, cover them with plastic wrap, and use a rolling pin to roll them up a bit.
5.
Spread the mixed beef filling on the pie crust, leaving a gap of 2-3 cm in the outer circle to prevent the filling from bursting.
6.
Slowly roll up the crust from one end.
7.
Knead the two ends of the opening to seal, and brush the other half of the egg liquid on the surface.
8.
Put it in a preheated oven and bake at 220°C for 15-20 minutes.
9.
After roasting, take the beef rolls out of the oven, let them cool for a while, use a knife to cut into small pieces and start eating! Easy to operate, a new way to eat hand-cooked cakes, a very recommended way to eat!
Tips:
Add some yam to the meat filling. Not only will the minced meat be softer and more nutritious, you can also replace it with other vegetables you like, such as lotus root and horseshoe.
Take the hand cake out of the refrigerator, and it will be warm for a while. If it's too soft, it won't be easy to handle. The roasting time is adjusted according to my own oven. I used it for 15 minutes. If there is no oven, I will fry it in a pan. First, fry the bottom on medium and low heat until it is slightly shaped. Cover the lid and simmer the pie, then open the lid to collect the juice, and fry the bottom until it is crispy.
