Golden Box Tofu

Prepare all materials.

Use a knife to cut a concave shape on one side of the oily tofu.

Hollow out the tofu meat inside (don't throw it away).

Add shredded shiitake mushrooms, chopped parsley, a little salt and pepper, eggs, and tofu residue to the minced meat and mix well.

Each slice of oily tofu is stuffed with enough fillings.

Put it in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes until cooked.

Put 1 cup of broth in a pot, add oyster sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper to a boil, stir in corn flour made with a little water to thicken, and pour it on tofu.
