Golden Fried Fresh Milk

Mix milk, tapioca starch, and granulated sugar until there are no particles.

Turn on a low heat and stir clockwise with a spatula while simmering to avoid muddy bottom.

Cook until it is thick and turn off the heat, brush a thin layer of oil in the mold, and pour the boiled milk mixture into the mold to facilitate better demoulding.

After cooling, cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Pour out, cut into small strips, and complete the operation in the order of low flour + egg liquid + bread crumbs.

Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes.
