Golden Garlic Steamed Oysters

Wash the oysters after opening their shells.

Pat the garlic cloves flat, minced pureed and set aside.

Chop the shallots, parsley and small red peppers and set aside.

Put the salad oil in the pan. After the oil is hot, put the garlic in the pan and stir fry.

Add salt and steamed fish soy sauce to taste. Stir fry for a while and turn off the heat.

Pour the fried garlic on the oysters.
